A TOUCH OF CURRY DIP MIX

Brown Rice Curry Salad

1 pkg. A Touch of Curry Dip Mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
8 c. cooked brown rice, cooled
1 can turkey or chicken, drained*
3 green onions, chopped
8 baby carrots, sliced or chopped

Make the dip mix according to the package directions. Add the cooled rice to a large bowl and the remaining ingredients and mix together. Stir in the prepared dip and mix well

.
*Or use about a cup of leftover turkey or chicken that you have chopped. Sliced lunch meat also tastes great.
You may also substitute 1 lb. of dried pasta for the rice. Just cook according to package directions; drain, and allow to cool.
