Banana Split Brownie Bites
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. container whipped topping
1 pkg. Dipsy Daisy Banana Split Dip Mix
1 box of brownie mix*
In a bowl with a mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until fluffy; add the dry dip mix. Mix in the whipped topping. Put into a gallon baggie and refrigerate until ready to fill crusts. Put mini cupcake liners into each well of 2 mini muffin tins. Make the brownie mix and put a spoonful of brownie mix into each liner. Bake in a 350° oven for 10-12 minutes or tops are starting to crack; do not overbake. Allow to cool completely. Snip off the corner of your gallon baggie and “frost” each mini brownie.
*For better brownies: Replace oil with melted butter and water with brewed coffee.
